Guwahati/Shillong Airport – Bhalukpong (Approx – 200 kms 5 hrs)
Day 01: After booking your package for arunachal pradesh tour, you will first arrive at the Guwahati airport/Railway station and you will be assisted to Bhalukpong. You will check in the hotel after reaching there. Then, you will have Overnight stay in Bhalukpong.
Day 02:Your arunachal tour package first includes a trip to Bomdila after having breakfast. On the way, you will visit Tipi Orchid Sanctuary. After arriving there, you will check in at the hotel. At a later time, you will be taken for a half day sightseeing arunachal tour in Bomdila, including a visit to the Handicraft Centre. You will have Overnight stay in Bomdila.
Bomdila is a beautiful small town which is situated at a height of about 8000 ft. above the sea level. There you can see the beautiful landscape and mountains of the Himalayan range surrounded by snow. The main attraction of Bomdila is the Buddhist Monastery, which is a repository of culture.
Bomdila is the headquarters of West Kameng district and has many other attractions, like Apple orchards, artistic people, snow-capped Himalayan peaks and Buddhist Gompas.
Tawang – Sightseeing
Day 04: On your tour of arunachal pradesh, you will explore Tawang. After having your breakfast, you will be taken on a sightseeing tour of Tawang, including Tawang Monastery, Anni Gompa, Tawang War Memorial and Craft Emporium. You will have Overnight stay in Tawang. Your arunachal holiday package includes visiting the famous Galden Namgyal Lhatse, which is popularly known as Tawang Monastery and was founded by Merak Lama Lodre Gyatso in the year 1680-81. This monastery is situated at the foot of a hill, about 10,000 feet above sea level. It has ravines in the South and West and narrow ridges in the North and gradual slope in the East. This place has an overwhelming and picturesque view of the Tawang-chu valley. It looks like a fort from the distance, as if it's guarding the votaries in the wide valley below. Not just this, Tawang monastery is the largest of its kind in the country and is also one of the largest monasteries in Asia. It has the capacity for housing about seven hundred monks, but the actual number of resident lamas (monks) present there is a little more than 450. This monastery is the prime spot for the spiritual life of the people of this region.
Tawang – Dirang (Approx – 152 kms 5 hrs)
Day 05: After having your breakfast, you will be taken to Dirang(4910 ft) included in your arunachal pradesh package. Then you will check in the hotel there and have Overnight stay in Dirang.
Dirang – Tezpur (Approx – 200 kms 6 hrs)
Day 06: Your arunachal holiday package next includes a trip to Tezpur after having your breakfast. When you arrive there, you will check in at the hotel and have Overnight stay in Tezpur.
Tezpur - Guwahati-Shillong Airport / Railway Station (Approx – 160 kms 4 ½ hrs)
Day 07: Your arunachal pradesh tour packages will end on this day. You will be taken to Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for departure after having your breakfast to continue your journey back home.
